His musical career started at a young age, playing in bands ranging from soul to funk, jazz, blues, country & rock. After high school, he attended Berklee College of Music (class of 2009), studying to hone his craft & songwriting abilities. He has played & learned from some of the greats in many different styles. Working with & learning from artists such as Leela James, John JR Robinson, Victor Wooten, Deantoni Parks, Pino Palladino, Cal Campbell, John Lefler, Alan Evans (Soulive), Neal Evans (Soulive, Jack White), Ian Moore, Matthew Szlachetka, Jon Reilly (Dispatch), John Doe (X), Spain Colored Orange, Danny Morris, Mike Stinson & Clayton Dyess. Projects include Ruckus, Cole Tove & he continues to release solo material under his name. Currently, he offers lessons to musicians of all skill levels, teaching guitar, bass, banjo, ukulele, voice, & music theory at his studio & through live zoom sessions. To add to his diverse resume, he was a tennis instructor at Harvard University, & makes one helluva open flame grilled pizza with some of the best tomato sauce one could ever taste.
